Stranger Things and Eggo. Two things that just belong together. From the moment Eleven took her first bite, waffles became more than breakfast, they became a symbol. So when it was time to celebrate the show, we didn’t just run ads. We created an experience.
It started with the Easter Eggo Hunt, a digital game of discovery where fans scoured ads for hidden Stranger Things references. On social, classic Eggo commercials got a supernatural twist, turning nostalgia into engagement.
But the magic didn’t stop online. In small towns named Hawkins, mysterious vintage billboards appeared, sparking curiosity and conversation. Even the Eggo logo itself changed, its signature syrup drip now a subtle nod to Eleven’s iconic nosebleed.
